The spring 2011 semester is off and running!
While this is certainly an exciting time at any of our BC3 campus locations, it is even more so at our BC3 @ LindenPointe in Hermitage, Mercer County.
BC3 @ LindenPointe has expanded its footprint from an original 4,000 square foot facility to a beautiful, state-of-the art 20,000 square foot gem. Thanks to our own BC3 Education Foundation, Inc., BC3 @ LindenPointe has 8 new classrooms, 2 computer labs, 1 science lab, and outdoor patio, student lounges, and additional parking.
Students that attend this location can also select from 6 degrees including Business Adminstration, Business Management, Elementary Education, Pre-Nursing, Psychology, and General Studies. And, as always, our transfer programs will allow ease of transfer to senior institutions such as Slippery Rock University, Edinboro University, Thiel College, Clarion University, Youngstown State University, Point Park University, and LaRoche College.
Mercer County residents seem to be responding. The College held a VIP ceremony on January 12 and an Open House on January 13. Over 200 people attended both events. As of the first day of the spring semester, 353 Mercer County residents are taking BC3 classes. This is an increase of over 25% from last year!
