It’s an early Monday morning. As I gaze out my window in the President’s Office, the sun is shining.
But, then again, the sun always shines on Butler County Community College.
And that is particularly the case this time of year. Within the last two weeks, we have held our annual Employee Recognition Dinner; a 20th Anniversary Celebration of the BC3 Alumni Association; and our Pioneer Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
This week, we will hold our annual Nurses Pinning on May 11. On May 17, it is the College’s 49th Annual Commencement in the BC3 Field House on main campus.
Each event reinforces that I have the best job in the world: President of Pennsylvania’s No.1 Community College. What makes this place so special? It’s simple: the people. From Boards to students; staff to faculty; and alumni to the communities we serve.
