Join us at the Heaton Family Learning Commons for our latest literary event: Fall 2023’s Northern Appalachia Reading Series. Author Mitch James will be reading from his recent novel, Seldom Seen: A Miner’s Tale, set in a Pennsylvania coal mine.
The reading will be followed by a Q&A session with the author and book signing. Copies of the novel will be available for purchase at the BC3 Bookstore.
Prior to the reading, the BC3’s Writer’s Club will host an open mic at 6 p.m., featuring students and faculty readers.
Light refreshments will also be available. This event is free and open to the public.
