What a GREAT start to the Fall 2013 semester!
Many people have told me there seems to be a certain “buzz” in the air on all of our campus locations.
Enrollment is up – BC3 is one of the few public institutions to have an increase. All of our campus locations look beautiful, including our newest, BC3 @ Brockway in Jefferson County.
Last week, our Main Campus community, led by many of Professor Chris Calhoun’s students, pitched in for a clean-up day. The primary focus was sprucing up the Imhoff Trail, a wooded, 1.5 mile pathway that starts behind the old observatory. The end result: an even more beautiful Main Campus!
Earlier this week, BC3 was recognized by the Butler County Chamber of Commerce as its prestigious Community Champion Award winner. I was honored to receive the award on behalf of the College. It speaks to the dedication and talent of our faculty, staff, Foundation Board and Board of Trustees.
